Our finishing facilities are often significantly less expensive than other alternatives, simply because of experience, efficiency and LEAN approach. All of our systems, recipes and procedures are documented and reviewed throughout our ISO 9001:2008 certified quality manual.

Like any ISO 9001:2008 Certified company, procedure documentation and communication provide the structure that makes our system work. Our IT system provides customers with the instantaneous product information they are looking for is and enables our team to predict deliveries accurately and store recipes for each part through all of the steps in our processes.

Through the use of our in house lab, we have complete analytical capability and control of solution parameters. All of our solutions are on a daily scheduled analysis and titration. This control ensures our customers consistent delivery of quality product though the entire life of a product’s production cycle.
